Before you can sign up, sign in or reset your password, a security check must be displayed on the page you are on. It normally appears below the password field, as shown in the screenshot below.

If the security check does not appear, it is usually because a browser extension, VPN, firewall, or network filter is preventing it from loading. If so, please try the following:
1. Disable Ad Blockers and Privacy Extensions
Browser extensions that block ads, trackers, or scripts may prevent the security check from loading.
Examples include:
- uBlock Origin
- AdBlock
- AdGuard
- Ghostery
- Privacy Badger
- DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials
Temporarily disable these extensions for our website and reload the page.
2. Check Your Firewall, VPN, or Network Filter
Some corporate networks, school networks, VPNs, and security products block external security services.
If possible:
- Disconnect from your VPN
- Try a different internet connection
- Try using a mobile hotspot
- Ask your IT department whether access to Cloudflare services is restricted
3. Try a Different Browser
Please try the latest version of:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
If the security check appears in another browser, the issue is likely caused by a browser extension or browser configuration.
4. Clear Browser Cache and Reload
Occasionally, cached files may prevent the page from loading correctly.
Try:
- Reloading the page
- Clearing your browser cache
- Opening the page in a private/incognito window
