You can easily make your online surveys completely white labeled. This means you can create and share surveys using our tool, but from a participant’s point of view, it will look like the survey originated from you, as there will be no mention of SurveyHero anywhere!
How do I setup my own domain name for my surveys?
The first thing you will need to do is make sure you have upgraded your SurveyHero account to the Enterprise Plan – you can do this from within your account here: Manage your subscription
After you have upgraded, visit the “Custom Domain” page in your account settings and submit the domain that you would like to use.
Once you have submitted your domain name, we will contact you with the necessary DNS changes your web-team will need to make. After you made those changes, notify us and we will do the rest of the setup and connect your domain with your account. You will always remain in control of your domain and will never lose ownership of it, as it will only be redirecting the traffic to our servers.
When everything has been setup, all your surveys and report links will automatically use your own domain name. You will not need to do anything else. An example white label survey link may then look like this:
Other things to note
We will automatically issue an SSL certificate for your domain, in order to fully encrypt the communication between your participants and our servers (https://). This comes at no additional charge.
The Enterprise Plan currently allows the use of one single domain. Once this has been set up, the domain cannot be changed.
